Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 for eligible orders within the United States. Any available shipping options and final charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
