All Sales Are Final

All Nigericans purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or other customer ordering errors. Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing options, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact page within three days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for consideration.

Approved Claims

After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances. If a return is required because Nigericans sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Nigericans will cover the return-shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have entered processing or shipped.
